No lemonade on counter? Sweet and regular tea, but lemonade you need to ask for it...sad. love to make an Arnold Palmer without asking for help at the counter. French fries are too undercooked. Another minute please on cooking. Too raw..not even tan/beige. McDonald's fries are thinner so their cook times are low. These crinkle cut are thicker and need just a few seconds more to crisp up the outside.

First time visitor to Cane's and I was surprised at how juicy and tender the chicken was! Dipping sauce was good. Overall meal and dine in experience was excellent. Will go again!

Easier to contact them at one of the stores or through corporate, this is not affiliated with Canes
My experiences with chicken that has no crispy crunch is that they are either not cooking it long enough or it has been sitting there awhile. If you go back and you have the same problem, let the manager know and maybe just maybe they will do right by you.
